phislot Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "phislot," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the phislot platform accessible at phislot.club and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the phislot website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, game lobby, live casino environment, sports betting module, cashier system, and customer support infrastructure operated under the phislot brand.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered phislot account created by a Player following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification processes.
• "Real-Money Balance" refers to verified, deposited funds credited to a Player's Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional funds, free spins equivalents, cashback credits, or non-withdrawable promotional value credited to an Account in accordance with phislot's active promotions at the relevant time.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required by phislot prior to the processing of any withdrawal request from a Player's Account.

By accessing the Platform, creating a phislot Account, or placing any real-money wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the phislot Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules applicable to the games you choose to play.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phislot. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting phislot customer support.

To register a phislot Account and access real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity — acting on your own behalf and for your own account.

6. Each individual may hold only one Account on the phislot Platform. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

phislot reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

Upon successful registration, you are solely responsible for the following:

4.1 Credential Security

You must maintain the strict confidentiality of your phislot login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phislot will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted under your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

You must notify phislot immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. Prompt notification should be made via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. phislot cannot be held liable for any losses incurred prior to receiving such notification.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information — including your email address, mobile number, and residential address — accurate and current at all times. Outdated information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests or the delivery of important account notifications.

4.4 KYC Completion

You must complete phislot's KYC verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document before your first withdrawal request will be processed. Acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, and Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's licence. phislot reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phislot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phislot does not accept third-party deposits — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These minimums are subject to change at phislot's discretion; updated minimums will be reflected in the cashier interface and these Terms.

5.3 Processing Times

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: Processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank): Processed within 1–24 hours, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule and daily cut-off times.

Processing times are estimates and may be subject to delays during high transaction volume periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required by phislot's compliance team.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phislot is obligated to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended. phislot reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any Player and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML due diligence. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

phislot offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the relevant offer:

1. Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game types, and geographic restrictions — will be stated on the relevant promotional page.
2. All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
3. Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.
4. Bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
5. phislot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn while a Player is actively engaged in satisfying associated wagering requirements, phislot will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
6. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of low-house-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus abuse with other Players — will have their bonus credits and associated winnings voided and their Account may be permanently suspended.

All casino games available on the phislot Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, bingo rooms, RNG table games, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with their respective game rules as presented within the game interface.

phislot's slot and RNG game library operates on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is maintained through periodic auditing by recognised testing laboratories. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel.

Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers. All physical and digital actions in live dealer sessions are recorded and subject to review in the event of a dispute.

In the event of a malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, data transmission failures, or hardware faults — any wagers placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. phislot's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or facilitating Account registration for another ineligible individual
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic devices to place bets, exploit games, or circumvent platform security measures
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks following withdrawal of winnings, or misrepresentation of identity
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or to artificially manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in connection with any support query
• Using the Platform for any purpose that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity

All content on the phislot Platform — including but not limited to the phislot brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, software architecture, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of phislot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any phislot content without prior written consent from phislot.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phislot's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phislot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phislot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phislot does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features within it.

Nothing in these Terms limits phislot's liability for death or personal injury caused by phislot's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

phislot is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Online casino gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means of addressing debt or financial hardship.

phislot provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phislot Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play. Session limit settings can be adjusted in your Account Settings.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your access to the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phislot Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the nominated period. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: Time-elapsed notifications displayed at defined intervals during active gaming sessions as a reminder of time spent playing.

phislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including without limitation in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Chargebacks initiated by you or your payment provider against phislot
• Discovery that you were below the age of 21 at the time of registration or any subsequent gameplay
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real-Money Balance and Bonus Credits remaining in the Account may be forfeited by phislot pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request (and no breach has occurred), any remaining verified Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after any applicable deductions.

You may close your phislot Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 2–5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be fulfilled before account closure is finalised, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

phislot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect Player rights, financial terms, or gameplay conditions — phislot will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of the change by posting a notice on the Platform or by emailing registered Players at their registered email address.

Where changes are non-material — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or changes required by law or regulatory direction — they may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notification.

Your continued use of the phislot Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the phislot Platform, or your Account — including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phislot's customer support team. phislot will respond to formal written dispute notifications sent to [email protected] within 10 business days of receipt and will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

In the event that informal resolution is not achieved, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms applicable to online gaming operators and players in the Philippines.
