5.4 Anti-Money Laundering
phislot is obligated to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended. phislot reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any Player and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML due diligence. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any phislot content without prior written consent from phislot.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phislot's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits phislot's liability for death or personal injury caused by phislot's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
